Enhanced Analysis

The dashboard provides real-time feedback on key interactions during depositions, witness testimony and jury interactions. An operator monitors jury behavior and witness testimony, inputting relevant annotations as needed for our system to create a dashboard.

The rewind feature allows

attorneys to easily revisit

specific interactions for review,

highlighting subtle differences

that can influence strategic

decisions going forward.

An attorney's workload can be tremendous, so maintaining optimal awareness of the trial's flow is essential. Trialscode offers continuous on-screen feedback, enhancing communication and enabling attorneys to present facts more efficiently and effectively, fostering stronger connections with their audience.

Empowering Legal Innovations

At TrialsCode® we leverage cutting-edge data science to enhance analysis and behavioral algorithms, empowering attorneys to connect more effectively with jurors and close gaps that might lead to biases and misunderstandings. Our technology, currently in prototype development, advances trial science by gathering unique court data to provide a deeper understanding of jury dynamics and effective communication strategies for presenting case facts.

By collaborating with behavioral psychologists, trial scientists, and legal experts, we ensure that our technology is user-friendly, insightful, and impactful, enabling attorneys to navigate behavior complexities with more confidence.

Driving Legal Evolution

Even more exciting, as part of our efforts, we would be collecting behavior analysis data for the first time, which would be available to legal entities and government agencies. This data would provide unprecedented insights, potentially identifying key areas for improvement.

Large corporations use this method to generate substantial profits, though often not for causes that are considered socially worthwhile.

This can significantly enhance the efficacy of legal professionals, providing them with an immensely valuable tool for presenting the facts of the case.

Product FAQs

1. What is Trialscode?
Trialscode is a professional tool designed to help attorneys self-gauge their performance during trial preparation. It provides a simple, real-time dashboard that tracks how well an attorney is connecting with the jury, offering insights to improve courtroom engagement.

2. How does Trialscode work?
Trialscode uses a computer-based method to analyze an attorney's presentation of the facts. Attorneys can better-keep track of their progress and annotate certain "key interactions" with jurors, witnesses and opposing council. The system generates a scorecard that reflects how effectively the attorney is moving along in the process. This helps the attorney refine their approach to better connect with jurors throughout the process and aim at reducing biases or miscommunications.

3. Does Trialscode replace mock juries?
No, Trialscode is not meant to replace mock juries. While mock juries are used for rehearsals, Trialscode provides a more straightforward, real-time feedback system. It allows attorneys to continuously assess and improve their approach without relying on external, speculative feedback.

4. Will Trialscode replace the experience of an attorney?
Absolutely not. Trialscode is designed to complement the attorney’s experience and expertise, also serving as an advanced organizational tool. Trialscode serves as an additional resource for self-assessment, allowing attorneys to fine-tune their presentation based on the system's objective insights.

5. How does Trialscode improve courtroom outcomes?
By helping attorneys better understand how they’re engaging with jurors, Trialscode ensures that the facts of the case are presented more clearly and effectively. Even small improvements in jury engagement can lead to more informed decisions throughout every stage of the trial.

6. Is Trialscode difficult to use?
Not at all. Trialscode is a user-friendly platform that simplifies trial preparation. Its intuitive dashboard provides instant feedback, allowing attorneys to make quick adjustments to their approach without needing extensive training or technical expertise.

7. How is Trialscode different from other tools?
Unlike mock juries or complicated trial simulations, Trialscode offers a simple, in-the-moment dashboard that provides feedback based on attorney's performance. It doesn’t simulate, mimic, or make any speculative suggestions during the trial process—it helps attorneys demand more from themselves by presenting facts clearly and engagingly, improving the connection during arguments.

8. Does Trialscode record or take pictures of jurors?

No. This would be neither ethical nor effective. Trialscode relies on manual input from the attorney or legal team members to create an organized dashboard. This allows attorneys to track key interactions and progress through their own annotations.
